You may delete your Account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account as described in Section 8 (Termination).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account.

2. Description of Service

Remention is an AI infrastructure platform for building specialized AI agents on enterprise-grade Agent Skills infrastructure, compatible with any LLM.

3. User Accounts and Access

You must maintain accurate account information at all times
User roles are divided into Admin and Member, each with specific access permissions
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account
Sharing of accounts between multiple users is strictly prohibited

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Service access is provided through subscription tiers, each with specific limitations on team members and Skills. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You agree to maintain valid payment information for your chosen subscription plan.

5. Usage Restrictions

Any attempt to reverse engineer is prohibited

6. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your content, BlueBag maintains ownership of its AI technology, algorithms, and platform features. You grant BlueBag the right to analyze your usage patterns to improve our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

BlueBag provides no guarantees regarding Agent Skills accuracy, or platform availability. We maintain a target of 99.9% uptime but are not liable for any service interruptions or resulting business losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BlueBag is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in that jurisdiction.
